As we take time to access the truth of who we really are and dispel fear within ourselves, we can start to dissolve the negative patterns in our society. By doing this we can deconstruct the combined ego that has caused so much confusion, suffering and conflict on a global scale. As more and more people tap into their own source of love and channel it into the world, the world will cease to be governed by fear. Instead all of our actions, personally and collectively, will be governed by love.
When you step back and look at the bigger picture, you can see that taking responsibility for your thoughts, words and actions can benefit the world around you. Your new sense of freedom and self acceptance will inspire those with whom you come into contact. As the people around you begin to take responsibility for their life, they will reach out and inspire even more people. This is how your actions can have a positive knock on effect in the world. Individuals with the most negative mind sets will have to change as the majority of people connect into their own energy source. The exchange of energy between people will be based on love and not fear.
It requires commitment to positively change your life, to move beyond fear and the rules of society. Such commitment allows you to see past the rules imposed on yourself by the mental critic in the head.
It takes daily commitment to affirming your intentions for growth and change. Make time to be still and allow mental activity to subside. Follow the breath in and out of your body.
Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. As you access inner calm and harmony by tuning into Higher Self’s wisdom, you will see evidence of this in your day to day living.
By allowing a period of time each day to connect into your energy source, you will find there appears to be more time available in the day. This is due to the fact that you feel calmer and don’t feel the need to rush things along. Rather than chasing answers, you allow solutions to come in spontaneously. When you are obsessed with finding answers you restrict spontaneity.
It is easy to get sucked into the outer world. A letter, a phone call, a news item can grab your attention and make you identify with it. Once the feeling of fear is established, any personalised fearful thought will spring up into your mind to throw you off balance. It is very important to be discerning about where your attention goes. It is fine to be aware of what goes on in the world around you, but avoid being saturated by it.
Fearful thoughts can only magnify through an energy supply from the body.
When you are present, you are aware of your thoughts and feelings; this is where your power is. By being aware of what you are absorbing in from the world around you, you can decide what social or cultural myths are influencing your beliefs and expectations. When you are aware of what you are thinking and feeling, you can easily direct your thoughts in a positive direction.
